This hotel exceeded my expectations with its impressive location on the bay and being high on the hill, providing breathtaking views. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Being close to the center made transportation easy.

Located in a convenient area close to the city center, with impressive views of the Bay. Rooms were decently sized and clean, with a free and strong WiFi signal. the complimentary breakfast, with a view of the Bay and mountains, had adequate items available. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
The staff lacked hospitality and did not make guests feel welcome, with some guests experiencing poor service and a lack of amenities.

We had a great trip during Christmas! One of the best aspects was the stunning views of the mountains and the sea that we enjoyed from the breakfast room. The breakfast was also enjoyable as we had a variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits and warm rolls. the hotel is located close to the city center and the port, which made it easier for us to visit nearby attractions.
The hotel had some negative aspects that we did not appreciate. The hotel rooms were quite dark and dimly lit, which made it difficult for us to read at night.

The hotel had excellent views of the city and mountains, which we enjoyed from the breakfast room. the location was ideal, close to the city center and port but also in a secluded area that was quiet at night. Plus, the room was clean and spacious with good facilities.
